Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and manage accrual accounting and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate vendor records.
Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable and reconciliations including vendor, bank, credit card, and customer accounts.
6-10 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in accrual accounting, reconciliations, and accounts payable.
Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) management and a solid understanding of financial statements.
A strong understanding of US accounting practices and regulations is highly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-paced, service-based, or technology-driven environment.
Prior experience working with US clients or in US-based financial operations.
