Job Description:
We are inviting applications for the role of a Senior Manager - Record to Report. If you are an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and have managed a team size of 15 people, we're looking forward to your application.
In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a fast-paced business environment while being a good teammate and open to working in any shift as per business requirement.
You will lead a large team in Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI. You will handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis according to deadlines.
You should get along with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues. You should handle multiple partners, support metrics reporting for meaningful processes, be a people manager involving hiring, structured learning paths, and operations coaching for the team.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with minimum qualifications of MBA Finance with B Com in Graduation. Preferred qualifications include CA Inter degree and relevant work experience in General Ledger.
We require good written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel, and good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle team and client discussions.
