Core Responsibilities: Cash Management, Daily general entries, Daily recons, Communication
AP - Book an invoice, review & approve an invoice, reconcile account statements, communicate with vendors, handle vendor management.
Type of Experience (Domain): Accounts Payable experience. Experience with hands on knowledge is preferred
Real estate accounting, or property accounting a plus
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus.
Years of Experience: At least 5 years in general accounting. 3 to 4 years’ experience AP
Tool Knowledge: Expertise in MS Office, Excel specifically is a must.
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks is a plus.
Education Qualification: Accounting Degree (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance)
