We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Legal Entity Reporting to join our , External Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways for Legal Entity Reporting:
Daily Balance sheet preparation, performing variance analysis and providing explanation.
Monthly financial statement preparation, review and providing quality commentary.
Quarterly Board pack preparation and presentation.
Year-end financial statement preparation along with Year on Year (YoY) variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
Quickly understand the reporting changes in the process and implement.
Bring value addition to the process (process simplification, process improvements etc.).
Support in auditing, presentations and others as requested.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Candidate must be detail-oriented with knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS exposure.
Financial statement preparation, variance analysis and preparing commentary
Ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized and concise manner.
Experience in Legal Entity Controller Reporting
Candidate must be able to work independently and can interact with team members, management, legal entity controllers and regulators
Working knowledge in MS Excel , Oracle, PPT etc.
Chartered Accountant(CA) with 2-4 years of experience
PG (MBA-Finance) / B. Com with 5-7 years of experience
