Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Finance Accountant to join our team at Indifi Technologies Pvt Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting to take on a challenging role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have expertise in I GAAP/IND AS, financial reporting, and risk management. They will lead the transition of books to IND-AS and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management.
Responsibilities
• Monthly /Annual closing of books as per I GAAP /IND AS and preparation of statutory financials
• Preparation of full set of Annual/ Half yearly Standalone and Consolidated financials
• Evaluate and monitor risks, upgrade Controls/IFCs regarding the operations of the Company on an ongoing basis
• Leading the IND- AS transition of books
• Focus on accurate and timely financial reporting, and presentation to the Management
• Co-ordination with Statutory (Big 4) and Internal auditors (Big 4)
• Designing of SOPs and plugging the gaps in process
• MIS/information as and when required by the management
A strong understanding of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory laws, along with business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, driving results independently.
