Epsilon is currently seeking a highly driven Accounting professional to join our team. Functionally reporting to the Finance Controller UK, this role will also directly report to a local manager, Director Finance in Bengaluru, India. Work timings would be 1pm to 10pm India time as this role involves supporting UK region. What you'll do Monthly journals Booking accruals / prepayments P&L variance analysis Blackline reconciliations / tasks Resolve intercompany differences Be responsible for one or more of the smaller EU entities e.g. Netherlands Qualifications What you'll need Must have 8-10 years of experience in the same field. Knowledge of principles of accounting International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented and organized. Required Qualifications: Post graduate or under graduate in Commerce Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable Experience in SAP preferable Good to have: Strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multi-tasking skills.
