Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a dynamic and data-driven Lead - Product Growth to spearhead the growth strategy across our digital banking platforms. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through scalable, innovative product solutions across mobile apps, websites, chatbots, and WhatsApp.

As a growth leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set ambitious targets, and deliver measurable impact. Your prior experience in sales, product growth across fintech, banking or consumer tech, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer psychology and digital behavior, will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Execution:

- Design and implement full-funnel product growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, monetization, and reactivation.

- Develop, track, and drive metrics including app registrations, MAUs, DAUs, cross-sell/up-sell, product consumptions, and value-added service usage.

- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels.

- Use data and behavioral analytics to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and refine product strategies.

- Instill a target-driven, performance-oriented culture with a deep focus on product consumption, growth numbers, and platform engagement.

- Push product teams for experience optimization to improve stickiness, conversions, and monetization.

- Build and lead a high-performing product growth team to execute and scale growth initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Core Marketing, Product, Business Product, and Sales teams to align and execute unified growth plans.

- Champion a consumer-first, data-led approach across product and marketing functions.

- Collaborate with CX and Analytics teams to continuously refine journeys and touchpoints.

Leadership & Innovation:

- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Stay current with trends in growth marketing, consumer behavior, and digital technologies.

- Influence with data-backed recommendations and storytelling.

Qualification /Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience in product-led growth, sales or performance-driven growth roles, ideally in banking, fintech or consumer tech.

- Proven track record of driving digital growth at scale using omni-channel strategies.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.

- Strong grasp of user psychology, segmentation, and behavior-led product optimization.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, CleverTap, Google Analytics, or similar.

- Analytical, target-focused mindset with high comfort in managing KPIs and performance dashboards.

- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
