Danfoss is looking for a Lead Quality - account payable. This position will be responsible for Data validation on transactional level for end-to-end global P2P processes & Review the process control on timely manner and fix the identified gap with the process owner
Job Responsibilities
Responsible as Data validator on transactional level for end-to-end global P2P processes
Reviewing the process control on timely manner and fix the identified gap with the process owner.
Identify and assessing risks basis the transactional/financial audit
Support quality investigations and CAPA implementations.
Monitor the process performance handled by the service provider
Review and preparation of global key metrics (KPIs/SLAs) of P2P and ensure correctness of reports
Active monitoring and reviewing the Accounts Payable subledger, GRIR account and support the accounting clerk to clear the old/open un-resolved items
Support the global P2P project with data analysis
Develop insights from data/reports and translate them into key actions that are utilized to improve metrics/quality
Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (RFMs/Procurement/Outsource Partner) to make decision or support to cleanse the aged open items in ledger balances,
Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely, effective execution of needed tasks
Track, monitor, control on overdues and support timely payments to vendors.
Prepare and validates monthly reports and metrics.
