Job Description
We are seeking a lease payments analyst to join our Real Estate and Development Finance team based in Cupertino, CA. In this role, the payments analyst will have a key role in executing timely lease payments to our landlords for Corporate office and Retail. The successful candidate will be actively involved in preparing management reporting, participating in system enhancement projects, and ensuring that all payments are issued in accordance with our lease terms, lease accounting standard (ASC 842), and internal processes/policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, which includes invoice processing, vendor onboarding, banking updates, and portfolio due date tracking
• Review and reconcile landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues
• Comply with Company’s Financial Policies
• Prepare operational reporting
Key Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a global, fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve and effectively prioritize workload
• Comfortable working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions
• Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done
• Proven ability to build effective business partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion within Company’s policies
• Proficient with Financial Databases (i.e. SAP)
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
