Job Description
In this role, you will coordinate leasing strategies, oversee complex negotiations, manage lease compliance, deliver financial and performance reporting, and support sales and leasing campaigns across major industrial estates. You'll also lead the Land Act lease conversion program and provide authoritative advice on valuation,
tenure, and asset management matters.
Role requirements: It is a mandatory requirement for the occupant to hold a current registered valuation licence to value property in Queensland.
