Leasing Consultant | High-Performing PM Team | Up to $85k package + Car + Comms
Looking to take the next step in your property management career?
We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-office real estate group across Robina and Coomera, known for its strong local presence, collaborative culture and high-performing property management team. With continued growth across their rent roll, they are now seeking a Leasing Consultant to support their busy portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working with people, and building a long-term career in property management.
The Role
Working closely with the Property Management team, you’ll be responsible for managing the leasing process and delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Managing tenant enquiries and application processing
Screening and shortlisting prospective tenants
Preparing lease documentation and onboarding new tenants
Liaising with landlords and internal PM team
Maintaining accurate records across systems
You’ll play a key role in ensuring properties are leased quickly while maintaining high-quality tenant selection.
About You
Previous experience in real estate, leasing or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or working towards)
Strong communication and people skills
Well presented, organised and reliable
Driven, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
