What will you do?

We are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our Legal team. Our Legal team carries out the conveyancing for the purchase and surrender of occupation rights. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Work closely with our Legal Executives to assist with all aspects of conveyancing transactions related to the sale and purchase of Occupation Rights across our portfolio of retirement villages.
Administer shared Outlook mailboxes for the Legal Conveyancing team.
Collaborate with our Legal Executives to address queries from Sales Team, Village Managers, and other stakeholders promptly.
Process new contracts for prospective residents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our content management systems.
Preparing legal documentation.
Conduct Landonline searches and set up e-dealings.
Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the Legal and Conveyancing teams.

Who are you?

You will ideally have administration or secretarial experience in the legal, real estate or other related industry
You will be familiar with a large CMS such as Salesforce, VCare, and/or Landonline however full training will provided
You are a team player with the ability to also work independently.
You have an eye for detail and accuracy, exceptional organisation skills
You have experience in Word, Excel and quick to learn new computer systems
You value people and kindness, and are passionate about delivering excellent results
You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
