Loan Officer/Underwriter - (Bank Location: Duluth, GA)
[Entry-Level to 5 years]
Fluent in Korean
Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing financial statements, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations on lending decisions.
Requirements
Open to entry-level candidates (less than 2 years of experience)
Strong understanding of financial statements, credit modeling, and lending statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
[Preferred] - Experience in commercial lending or corporate banking (not a must) and exposure to loan underwriting tools if candidate has the banking/lending experience
[Key Responsibilities]
Evaluate credit applications, financial statements, and risk factors for individuals and businesses.
Conduct financial and industry analysis to assess borrower creditworthiness.
Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for loan approvals.
Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Salary:
$50,000 for Entry-Level
Up to $70,000 for candidates with experience (lending/banking/underwriting specifically)
Plus 100% benefits paid for by the bank
