Are you seeking a long-term career opportunity in banking and finance?
Banking Domain Articleship
• We offer an articleship position that provides direct exposure to real-time banking projects, with no transfer cases.
• As an articleship trainee, you will have first-hand experience in client handling and process ownership, developing your leadership skills and data analysis abilities.
• Our firm offers cross-domain exposure in audit, KPO, BPO, and consulting, including project areas such as internal audit, consultancy, risk secretarial unit, and due diligence.
During your articleship, you will work on various projects, including RBI complaint analysis, agri loans, PHA, CAM, CMA, CKYC, PMAY 2.0, and data validation. You will build skills in consultancy mindset, project management, dashboarding, financial risk understanding, and client and team management.
Compensation Package
• First Year: ₹14,400 p.m.
• Second Year: ₹18,000 p.m.
In addition to the stipend, you will be eligible for annual performance and ad-hoc incentives.
