Job Description
• Person should Lead as Head-LSCM (Logistic & Supply Chain Management) department for Pune plant.
• Responsible for “Production planning, Supply Chine (Direct Purchase), Store/Logistic Management & RM Planning.
• Ensure No DI Failure for any Customer as well as Zero Production or Sales loss due to Non material availability on time.
• Inventory Management & reconciliation for all Subcon. vendors for material consumption.
• Cycle Count plan as per Company policy.
• Evaluation of supplier rating based on delivery performance.
• Very Challenging and demanding position.
• Capable to manage 10 Customer, 30 suppliers & 50 Team of Members
• Must be a Good Team player.
• Must possess Good Communication skill. ( Marathi , Hindi and English )
