Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Analyze financial performance and compare actual results with budgeted forecasts. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with other departments. Monitor key financial indicators and present variance analysis with actionable insights. Maintain cost records and conduct cost analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions. Support internal financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. Collaborate with different teams to streamline processes and improve cost efficiency. Reconcile ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare reports for management decision-making, including KPIs and dashboard summaries. Provide support in strategic planning, business case preparation, and investment appraisal. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations. Assist in cash flow management, working capital analysis, and treasury-related activities. Participate in ERP implementation and automation of financial reporting processes. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial planning & analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
