Job Purpose
As a Management Trainee in the FP&A team, will support the finance department in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making. This role requires a keen analytical mind, proficiency in financial software, and a strong foundation in accounting principles.
Principal Accountabilities
Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and management of annual budgets and forecasting processes. Collaborate with the finance team to align these processes with the company’s strategic objectives. Help monitor and report on performance variances to the budgets and forecasts.
Support in Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in creating financial reports for senior management, focusing on variance analysis and key financial metrics. Support the analysis of financial data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Contribute to Financial Modelling: Help in the analysis of financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and management. Participate in conducting sensitivity analyses to assess risks in investment scenarios.
Support in Automation and Dashboard Management: Assist in the development of automated dashboards for various MIS and analytical reports. Contribute to the automation processes within the FP&A function to enhance reporting efficiency.
Market Analysis Assistance: Help perform market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and market trends in the real estate industry. Support the monitoring of economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Qualification and Experience
Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Internship experience in finance or accounting, particularly in infrastructure or real estate, is advantageous.
