Job Requirements Position titleManagement Trainees - Chartered Accountant Reports toManager/ Team Manager Job gradeManagement Trainees LocationChennai Job PurposeThe incumbent will be placed in the Finance function in either of these roles (Controllership - Costing, Accounting, Shared Services, Reporting, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis - Business Analyst role in Sales Finance/ Supply Chain finance, Internal Controls Team). He / She will be hired as a Management trainee, after successful completion of one year training period, will get confirmed as Assistant Manager Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the finance team in day-to-day activitiesWorking on accounts & MIS reportingSupport team in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunitiesSupport plan execution by analyzing verticals performance, deep dive into the gaps vs plan, analytics on cost and profitability and tight budgetary controlPrepare rolling P&L forecast, gap analysis, highlight risks & contribute to the mitigation planDevelop various presentations for the leadership team meetingsFinancial modelling, story-tell via spreadsheets and can prepare exemplary reportsCombine internal & external, financial and non-financial data to enable decision makingCreate, maintain and publish dashboards on a regular basis to highlight performanceCoordination, analysis and review of the internal controls at a Company level to ensure complianceHighly proficient using (financial) analysis tools such as, Excel, PowerPointHaving attention to detail and being able to meet deadlinesFluency in English, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively across different functions in the organizationWork Experience EducationChartered Accountant (Passed out of 2020 & 2021) Experience0 to 1 year experience in Finance function
