Ability to draw connections between different data points & sources of information to draw meaningful conclusions. What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Lead employee using a performance management and development process
• Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
• Provide oversight and direction to the team members in accordance with organization’s policies and procedure
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee hiring, onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
• Employer employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
• Lead employee using a performance management and development process
• Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
• Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, trainings, vacations, absenteeism and overtime
• Stakeholder management and on time service delivery with high level of accuracy
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s / Master’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a finance domain, 5+ years of experience at Supervisory level or 3+ years of experience at managerial level
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), SAP, HFM, Microsoft BI and related technologies; experience with large databases and ability to utilize data from various BI systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access)
• Ability to multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
It would be great if you also have:
• Professional qualification (MBA / Inter CA / Inter CMA)
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
