The Financial Services arm of Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is tasked with the mission to add value by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and focused business results.
Our Rebates & Incentive team supports various net revenue processes which includes contract review to capture key financial elements, month-close activities, customers claim processing, review and approvals. This is niche function that truly connects to the core business and external customers.
Role
• Serves as global Rebates & Incentive Accounting operation support manager
• Provide thought leadership for highly efficient team of Rebates & Incentive to review executed contracts, create deals in the Contra Revenue System, month close activities & customer claim processing.
• Manages financial accounting and associated daily operating activities as a service to deliver process automation, financial risk management and innovative customer solutions
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore Accounting team & key stakeholders
• Liaises with GBSC, regional, and business teams to ensure compliance with all represented policies and controls
• Evaluates financial and operational performance metrics, summarizes findings and makes timely recommendations to GBSC Accounting leadership
• Represent function in the monthly/periodic governance call with key stakeholders and present key performance metrics/SLAs
All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Chartered Accountant with progressive accounting experience preferably in a large, global environment
• Experience delivering process improvement through vision, design and build
• Experience leading the high performing team and building trusted relationships with business partners
• Demonstrated successful oversight of the management and resolution of high-risk issues to ensure completeness and efficiency
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Excellent Communication and ability to coordinate work handoffs with global team for multiple daily checkpoints
• Prepare monthly reporting summary for senior management
• Assist with external auditor's requests
