job description Position- Accounts manager We are looking for an accounts manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. He/she should be long term in their outlook and be able to grow with our growing company. Background requirement- Accounts experience in manufacturing background. Place of Work- Baner Place of visits Saswad factory Software skills Tally ERP & Microsoft excel. Job role 1. Supervisory role a. To lead a diverse team of accountants who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections & payroll b. Manage and oversee daily operations of accounts c. Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial statements d. Ensure all accounting activities comply with the regulations. e. Should be able to have smooth professional relationship with banks. 2. Duties/Responsibilitiesa. Establish internal controls of factory with inward and outward bookkeeping. b. Overseeing the maintenance of ledger, Bank reconciliation, inventory control, taxation government compliances c. Overseeing the transference of import/ export documents and data requirements with related government bodies and banks. d. Creating LC's & cost profile sheets. e. Overseeing the timely payments to vendors by via accountants. f. Maintaining updated stock reports and making financial assements according to them. g. Being able to work closely with the 2 chosen Chartered Accountants consultancy parties. h. Responsible for tax planning throughout fiscal year ; and to file annual corporate tax returns. i. Present recommendations to management on short and long term financial objectives and policies. 3. Required abilities a. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Tally ERP. b. Excellent organisational and time management skills. c. Excellent management and supervisory skills. 4. Education and Experience. a. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration b. Minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience. Preferred candidate soft profile Experienced middle-aged individual with their own mode of transport (allowance borne by company) to travel intercity for work.
