Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a competent professional with 8-10 years of experience in strategising long term business directions for the existing and new businesses by executing strategies for achieving organisational objectives. He should possess strong leadership, communication, coordination, planning and analytical skills, with proficiency in interacting with people at any level and maintaining confidentiality at all time.
Responsibilities
• Ability to Manage all Financial & Cost Accounting, Cost & Collection Management for the Organisation
• Co-ordination with all functions and support functional heads to contribute to the top & bottom line of the Organisation
• Co-ordination with Principals & Financiers, Management of Receivables, Cost & Credit Control
• Statutory compliances including GST, IT, Establishment, Licences and Legal Issues for the Business
• Process Compliance & SOP Management, Internal/External Audit, Stores Audit
• Managing General Office Administration, Personnel & HR Issues,
• Invoicing & Order Management, Stock Control, Document Control
• Work against clear target & achieve with all possible support from the Organisation
• Risk Analysis & Management
• MIS
Qualifications
• A Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with Min. 8-10 years Experience. A Chartered/Cost Accountant degree will be distinct advantage
• Strong in MS-Office, Tally & other Financial working instruments
• Strong verbal, written, communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Strong in identifying Organisation Priorities, Plan & execute jobs accordingly within specified timeline
• Ability to develop & maintain business relationship
• Ability to deliver against targets
• Communication, Negotiation, Presentation Skills
• Time Management
