Manager – Accounts & Finance ( CA with 5-8 years of experience post qualification)

To Manage all the Financial accounting, planning, taxation, audit along with related compliances

Strong command on SAP, Excel & PowerPoint

Job Details
Finalization of books of account and the financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (both standalone and consolidation)
Conducting Statutory Audit and Internal Audit and upholding seamless relationship with external consultants including internal and statutory auditors
Filing of GST & Income Tax returns along with preparation of data
Tax planning considering statutory compliances
Maintaining cordial relationship with various statutory authorities / departments viz, GST, Income Tax, ROC for compliances and assessments
Implementation and preparation of periodical MIS Reports
Evaluate all transaction processes, identify weaknesses / inefficiencies & come up with suggestions for improvement (including automation)
Formulate and implement SOP’s and monitor on continuous basis
Identify potential areas of cost saving and implement process to reap the benefits
Executing ledger scrutiny of receivables & payables along with bank reconciliation on periodical basis
Interact / Coordinate with external vendors / suppliers
360 degree view of the business with multi-directional overview
