Job Description:
Complete short-term & long-term financial planning, implementaon of policies & controls, to ensure smooth day-to-day financial management of the company
Manage, control and ensure that company accounng acvies and procedures conform to generally accepted accounng principles
Ensure that all financial transacons are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
Oversee the daily operaons of the finance department. Prepare the monthly financial reports with all needed financial and cosng analysis compared with Budget and KPIs.
Manage the preparaon of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
Manage the preparaon of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordinaon with the CEO & CFO.
Ensure that the company is connuously keeping sufficient funds to fulfill its financial obligaon by preparing monthly cash flow forecasts, all statutory compliances & requirements of third pares.
Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measures to remedy variances.
Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies and monitor terms, condions and covenants and ensure compliance with the same.
Prepare financial analysis for contract negoaons and product investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporng requirements.
Lead and coordinate with all other departments the preparaon of annual operang budget and developing 3 yr and 5 yr strategic plan.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operang performance of divisions and departments.
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objecves, policies, and operang procedures.
Effecve cost control by monitoring fixed & variable expenses. Monitoring all costs of sales orders to maintain targeted margins.
Design, establish, and maintain an organizaonal structure and staffing to effecvely accomplish the department's goals and objecves.
Serve as primary legislave liaison for company financial issues. Provide needed support to CFO and other Departments Head in developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
Ensure that financial controls are in place at funcons and provide recommendaons for procedural improvements.
Vendor negoaon. Lead the cost saving iniaves of the company. . Work closely with ERP vendors and funcon leads to implement the ERP across all funcons. Ensure successful transion from exisng business model(finance, producon, sales, supply chain) to ERP within a defined me frame.
Train all team members on ERP implementaon
