Minimum Qualifications and Experience – Intermediate CA (CA incomplete) or a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) passed with 3-5 years experience in the Core Accounts, Audit and finance.
( CA complete candidates and persons with more experience may also apply)
Job Description :
Indirect Taxes : In depth knowledge of VAT, Service tax etc, timely submission of returns and compliances with regard to assessments/notices/demands.
Direct Taxes : Co-ordianting with auditors for timely filing of IT returns/E-TDS/TCS etc..Appearing for IT scrutiny cases with the help of auditors.
Pay roll /HR : Monitoring in preparation of salary statements and timely returns of ESI,PF,PT etc..and compliance with all labour laws related matters.
Accounts : Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of process of finalization of books of accounts from Journals to preparation of final A/c’s.
Audit : Interacting and assisting in quarterly internal and statutory matters. Clarifying their queries and rectifying the same.
Finance: Working capital management, CMA report, timely submission of reports/statements to Banks. Appraisal of Bank loans/term loans with least cost of Capital.
Costing : Knowledge of process and product costing, Cost control/Cost reduction by streamlining the systems and processes, consumption analysis, Variance analysis etc. Inventory management and monthly stock checks
Receivables Management: Debtors managements and reconciliation of ledgers and timels obtain balance confirmation through sales people..MIS reports on Collections.
Legal : General legal matters on company law(Pvt Ltd), ROC, Partnership firms, obtaining relevant licenses, co-ordination with advocates for timely filing of cases on default debtors both civil and criminal cases.
Apart from above corporate matters, candidates should be willing to visit our branches on regular intervals for over-viewing the work and finalizing the Audit work. Handling a team of 8-10 people. Taking care of expenses management and vendor payments.
