Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Accounts Payable team. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a large-scale Accounts Payable team, guiding their activities and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Review and evaluate AR data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Business Accounting team, to resolve issues and drive process efficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and external partners, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support metrics reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field; MBA in Finance is preferred.
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage customers in significant discussions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
