Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Accounts Payable
In this role, you will be responsible for all controllership activities of P2P for Global Regions
Your role will be expected to manage the P2P activities & drive process improvements in P2P process and account reconciliation activities.
Responsibilities
1) Monitoring & keeping a tight control over the daily/monthly dashboard.
2) Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing Emails/taking calls (in English) with them.
3) Resolve & work on escalations from vendors & internal stakeholders.
4) Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge, including account reconciliations and Banking process
5) Handling project implementation and management
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• B.Com/M.com with above average oral & writing communication skills (In English)
• Relevant experience or CA/ MBA(Finance) with good post qualification experience
Preferred qualification
• Resources having experience in P2P, Account reconciliations
• Exposure on Oracle Financials is preferred.
• Resources having good experience of Accounts Payable profile.
• Good Accounting knowledge & knowledge of account reconciliations.
• Banking process knowledge to handle banking activities
• Good exposure on MS Office
• Data Analytics knowledge
• Presentation and Interaction skill for larger audience
