Manager – Accounts
EDUCATION: Chartered Accountant OR MBA Finance from Reputed Institute
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’ experience in managing daily accounting, tax compliance, finalization of books, MIS & Investment for a small private limited company in a service industry. The position will also be required to support minimal company secretary.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
This person will supervise the accounts and finance function at a managerial level position in the given role and should discharge the following responsibilities with the support of external consultants:
• All day-to-day accounting including entries in Tally Prime, Banking & Petty Cash
• Reconciliation with bank, vendors & clients
• Liaison with foreign vendors and Bank for outward remwittance
• Vendor registration, vendor management, and vendor payments
• E-invoicing from Tally Prime and payment recovery from clients
• Make tax payments and coordinate the Chartered Accountant in filing tax returns/compliances - TDS, Income Tax, GST & Profession Tax
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant in the Audit and finalization of books and filing ITR returns
• Payroll management & labor law payments
• Preparation of MIS reports for management
• All required ROC Compliance with the help of Company Secretary
• Collaborate with External Tax Partners for Expat’s Employment Agreements and Tax Restructuring as per Indian Tax Laws
• NRI TDS Assistance including TDS Registration, TDS Payments & Filing Returns
• Investments in Mutual Funds, PMS, and other fund houses as per Bankers' advice
• Manage the director’s personal taxations
PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS:
· Good communicator, disciplined, honest, mature & a good team player
· Good IT skills in Tally Prime, Word, Excel, and Outlook
COMPENSATION:
· INR 4,80,000/- to 6,00,000/- per annum + incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
