Qualification- MBA Finance

Experience- 4-6 yrs.

Key Result Areas

Commercial Control :

· Ensuring the process efficiency

· Monitoring agreements & Commercial terms

· Assessment of customers credit worthiness of new customers

· Checking the billing register & Bank transfer sheets sent by HR team, raising the bills to customers

· Customers account Reconciliation & Credit Control

Cash flow :

· Cash flow management

· Maintain details of cash inflow & out flow ( revenue V/s Expenditure ratio )

Banking & Finance

Statutory ( Payment & Return ):

· GST

· Income Tax

· TDS

· Professional Tax

· Provident Fund & ESIC ( Payment )

· M.L.W.F ( Payment )

Audit:

· Responsible for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit etc.

Other Activities:

· Balance Sheet

· Insurance & Claims

Key Performance Indicators

This position reports to the Executive Director

The position will lead to commercial team ( M&F)
