Roles and Responsibilities
1) Budget Preparation for the organisation and implementing and Monitoring Budget
2) Cash Flow Management
3) Set system for financial reporting from team members for both HO and Plant
4) Monitor Statutory Financial Compliance - GST, IT, others
5) Handle relationship with bankers and ensure regular compliance related to submission of Stock statement, Review of facilities, etc
6) Product Costing and Cost Audit
7) Review current JDs of Team Members at HO and Plant and see-up reporting system
8) Monthly financial review presentation to the board
