About the Role
As a Channel Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our residential property sales nationwide. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying, establishing, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors and other stakeholders.
Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through collaboration with channel partners.
Providing regular sales reporting and updates to the sales leadership team.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation through our channel partners.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the residential property, real estate, or construction sectors.
Proven success in building and managing partnerships and channel sales.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
Familiarity with the property market and industry trends.
