We are looking for a qualified and skillful Chartered Accountant who is well-versed in accounting, audit, and taxes. The understanding of the subject matter should be excellent.
Role Definition: A Manager is a leader who occupies a position where he/she is involved in supervising both activities and people by planning, organizing, executing, implementing, managing, and controlling significant business decisions and strategies, building teams, ensuring quality control, sets out departmental policies as per the need, conducts review meetings and reports directly to the Partner.
Qualification- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience (preferably in a Mediocre CA firm)
Roles and Responsibilities -
Work Execution & Quality Control -
• Prioritizing the work with timelines.
• Plan, organize, execute, direct, and monitor operations, including overall quality of deliverables, processes, and project completion within budgeted timelines.
• Supervise teams across different client engagements.
• Preparation of regulatory reports and other data as directed by the designated superior/partners.
• Preparing checklists, procedures, PPTs, and other material as required.
• Ensuring quality control is maintained at the departmental level by adherence to firm policies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicate the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to the designated superior/partners.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
