This position is based in Bangalore, India.
Calix is seeking a dynamic and highly collaborative individual to lead our Center of Excellence Documentation and Enablement team in Bangalore, India. In our environment of rapid digital transformation, this team’s purpose is to coordinate with Calix cross functional teams develop assets to inform, train, advise and empower the adoption of changes initiated by the CoE and Global Operations Transformation Teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Define and execute enablement and communications tactics to share information and measure the adoption of changes.
• Lead the project team in enablement and administration for the execution of targeted programs, including driving the content to support discussions, bringing in the right expertise and the right time, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Lead the team to deliver and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, workshops, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Lead and manage the Release Change Enablement processes.
• Drive the writing, editing, and review of project playbooks, work instructions, guides, and process documentation for each global operations project.
• Ownership of enablement and documentation quality assurance and governance of project documentation and documentation delivery across multiple business units.
• Create Communications & Enablement Plans as part of GO Projects to be delivered through multiple media (email, chatter, stream).
• Define standard communication tactics for process and change management and execute reliably using Calix communication tools.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop project release and enablement.
• Overseeing the project's development and ensuring that team members carry out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Drafting new and releasing processes for improving existing project enablement methodologies focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• BA or BS or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+years experience in project management.
• 3+ years experience in a leadership position.
• Experience in Agile and or Scaled Agile Project Management.
• Jira and Confluence tool experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding soft skills written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong, creative problem-solving skills and ability to abstract and share details to create meaningful articulation.
• Organized and goal-focused, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
