Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Commercial Activities
Preparation of Price & Scheme circulars month wise and sharing in time & Ensure to upload the approved price timely.
Commercial activities such as accounts reconcilation, discounts management, promotional expenses etc.
Coordination with GST team for settlement of customers queries related to GST
Conduct audits as per business requirement, preparation of action plans & tracking progress
Verification & Processing of Customer Applications for creating customer Code in SAP after clearing of Security Deposit in Bank
Credit Control:-
- Receivable management - Account settlement, Legal notices, bank reconcilation, balance confirmations & Market visit etc)
Overdue block removal process
Monthly Provision process (Scheme Discount Provision & Expenses Provision)
Credit / Debit Note Management
Credit limiot process excuation.
Coordinating with Credit Team for Releasing of Sale orders and revision of Credit Limits, and timely releasing of Sales Return Orders based on approvals from BH, and creation of STO for Sales Return from C&Fs to Mulugu Plant and C&Fs to C&Fs
Business MIS & Strategy
Preparation of business MIS, generating insights for leadership for decision making
Monthly forecast/RSP analysis
Analyse & prepare busines performance reports as per requirement
Digital Projects
Leading special IT projects to automate trade schemes
Prepare BRD & work along with IT team for successful deployment of modules
Dealer Onboarding & Master Data Management
Complete ownership of onboarding process, agreements, profile creation & credit limit allocation
Maintaining all master data in backend system, ensuring accurate master datasets
Experience
5- 10 Years
