Manager, Corporate Partnerships

💰 ₹28,800 - ₹46,080 (Est.) 📍 Toronto 🕐 2 days ago

Job Description

Embark on a transformative journey with Jack.org, where you will play a pivotal role in reshaping youth mental health across Canada. Our mission is to empower young individuals with community, knowledge, and tools to champion mental well-being. We envision a world where youth experience mental well-being, not distress. We stand poised and determined for this crucial task, backed by committed donors, visionary leadership, and a high-performing team eager to drive meaningful change.

Focused on addressing the prevalent issue of mental health distress among youth—particularly those systematically excluded from mental health dialogue and action—we continuously adapt our programming to reflect the diverse realities of young people across Canada. Our approach centers on upstream prevention of mental distress and the promotion of lasting mental well-being.

As our new Manager, Corporate Partnerships, you’ll lead strategy and execution across our corporate revenue portfolio — sponsorship, employee giving, cause marketing campaigns, and philanthropic partnerships. This is more than a fundraising job — it’s an opportunity to lead, influence strategy, and contribute to a national movement. Join us in building a healthier future for young people—and supporting the incredible team making it happen every day.

Position: Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Reporting to: Director, Development
Location: Toronto / Hybrid
Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Status: Full-Time, Permanent

About You

A proven fundraiser with success securing five- and six-figure partnerships
Strategic thinker with a talent for building and stewarding relationships
Confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Your Impact
As Manager, Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a vital role in driving sustainable revenue through high-value partnerships that support Jack.org’s mission. You’ll lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of corporate funders — building and nurturing relationships that align with our programs, campaigns, and brand.

You’ll manage your own portfolio with a personal revenue target of approximately $1.5M and contribute to a team goal of $3M annually. Your work will not only support the financial health of the organization, but will also create meaningful, mission-aligned partnerships that help amplify youth voices and advance mental health promotion across Canada.

This is a dynamic, highly visible role with opportunity for growth, innovation, and real impact in a national charity.
