Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for independently managing accurate and timely preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ annual books closing as per the Group's requirement and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
To maintain internal financial controls, ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and ongoing adherence with corporate policies.
Responsible for managing Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Price Audit and other local Compliances required in India, applicable to Business Unit (BU) and company.
To monitor closely with operating working capital for Business Unit (BU) and drive various initatives for improvement of the same such as timely collection, inventory management and vendor management etc.
Worked in MNC setup with knowledge of local taxes, transfer pricing regulation, GST, Income tax, FEMA etc.
Responsible for maintain adequate internal controls with Business Unit (BU).
Be a coach and mentor for small team and act as a lead person for Business Unit (BU).
Support finance controller with all other relevant requirements of business.
Responsible for cash flow and working capital management, maintain internal financial controls.
Responsible for interface with auditors along with approval and payment processing.
Experience and Skills required:
Qualified chartered accountant with a minimum experience of 4-5 years in trading and manufacturing setup.
Good technical knowledge and posses necessary analytical presentation skills to carry out weekly, monthly reviews.
Experience in Financial reporting under Indian General Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP), Indian Accounting standards (Ind AS) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) along with regulatory reporting and various local deadlines.
MIS preparation.
Key Personal Skills:
Must posses good communication and drafting skills.
Must posses good analytical skills, should able to manage stringent and multiple deadlines.
Should able to multitask and posses good resource management.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Must posses good leadership skills and must be a team player.
Key Competencies:
Should posses relevant industry experience especially with MNC will be of great advantage.
Language Skills required:
Good communication skills and fluency with English and Other local languages.
Academic Background:
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Good academic background throughout.
Any additional qualification is plus.
Number of years of Professional Experience required:
4 to 5 years

Candidate should be based out of Mumbai.
