Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Sending Sales report to Management
• Checking and maintaining Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash register.
• Controlling over all accounting entries, Cost Centre wise and Department Code wise expense booking
• Checking day to day vouchers and forwards it for booking & for preparation of cheques of vendors & expenses.
• Checking all GSTR compliance like GSTR 1 & GSTR 3b return and concluding compliance before due date.
• Checking all the documents before applying for GST refund.
• Checking day to day vouchers and forwards it for booking & for preparation of cheques of vendors & expenses.
• Monthly accounting and computing Depreciation of all assets capitalized in the Books of Account as per Schedule II of Companies Act 2013 and Maintaining Fixed Asset register.
• Prepare monthly summary of TDS for payment within due date and scrutinize all the transaction on which TDS deducted i.e., Deducting at appropriate rate of TDS on Salary, Rent, Professional Fees, Contract etc. thereby avoiding Interest and penalty.
• Coordinate with consultant for Payment of statutory dues - TDS, PF, PT etc
• Checking & preparation of data for TDS return and coordinate with consultant for filing before due dates.
• Download TDS certificates from TRACES and circulated to (Form 16A) of all the vendors.
• Quarterly compliance of Advance Tax computation by computing projected Financials.
• Preparation of Statutory Financial statement as per Companies Act 2013.
• Coordinate with statutory auditor and solve their queries for Conclude the Statutory Audit as per Companies Act 2013.
• Preparation of Income Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit as per Income Tax Act 1+61.
• Preparation of GST Audit data and solve the queries of GST auditors.
• Computing Cash Flow as per AS 3 of Companies Act 2013.
• Preparing and checking computation of total income & Tax calculation as per income tax act 1+61.
• Checking of before filing of Income Tax return as per income tax act, 1+61.
• Preparation & Filling of GST Annual return.
• Preparing & circulating yearly TDS certificate (Form 16) of employees before due date.
• Preparing and filling of yearly Foreign Assets and Liabilities return as per RBI guidelines.
• Handling Secretarial Compliance by updating
• Minutes of Board Meeting - Directors attendance register - Updating and maintaining of Statutory Register and other statutory compliance as required by New Companies Act 2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Handling and concluding the following: Income Tax Scrutiny, Transfer Pricing Scrutiny, GST Scrutiny, PF scrutiny, PT for respective Financial Year. - Checking of submission to be made for Assessment / scrutiny proceedings to respective Government officer
