URGENTLY REQUIRED : MANAGER Finance & Accounts (CA QUALIFIED)
Reporting to: CEO ( PHARMA COMPANY)
Location: VIKHROLI Mumbai
SALARY CRITERIA - 12 LACS TO 16 LACS
Mandatory Requisites: 1. Educational requirement: CA with minimum 6-12 Yrs experience 2. Exposure of industry requirement: Pharma, Diagnostic, Healthcare, Hospital 3. Team Handling experience 4. Willingness to work with all diversities.
Job Description:
1. Knowledge of Auditing and Accounting Standards (IND AS) and its application.
2. Preparation and analysis of financial statements and monthly closing(MIS).
3. Conduct Balance Sheet review each month and analysis of its schedules.
4. Responsible for regular review and accounting of all revenue and expenses.
5. Review of provisions data for accounting.
6. Review of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables 7. Managing Banking Operations.
8. Monitoring Fixed Assets accounting and Depreciations: calculations,
+. Demonstrate interpersonal skills in interaction with various function of the organization.
10. Having an ERP accounting knowledge. 11. Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies.
12. Strong leadership skills and should have handled team.

Corporate Financial Reporting Preparation of Budget and Long Range Plan Capex projects analysis & review Management Reporting on need basis Cash Flow monitoring Group Internal Audit requirements Statutory and Tax Compliances Preparation of Annual Accounts Co-ordinate with Auditors to complete the statutory audit and tax audit and filling of income tax return Preparation of data required for GST Audit and co-ordinate with consultant to complete GST audit/annual filling Handling assessment / queries from tax authorities Monitoring Finance & Accounts department activities: Receivables monitoring & follow up Bank Reconciliation review Tax and Statutory payments on monthly basis Assist and monitor finance team for filling GST, TDS returns on monthly basis GST rebate claim submission and follow up Monitoring team activities for day-to-day compliances Managing daily cash flow & corresponding with bank to ensure smoothness in banking transaction. Corresponding with various business counter parts according to requirement To Develop F&A policies for the Organization that are robust, secure, sustainable & efficient. To Streamline processes & practices so that there is greater efficiency & less possibility of error, controls & governance in place.
