JOB TITLE - Manager Finance & Accounts
• A good Team Leader with a proven track record of managing the Finance & Accounts Team.
• Preparation of Trial Balance, P/L A/c and Balance Sheet
• Monitoring and Conducting Audits
• Managing day-to-day accounting works like scrutiny of ledgers, and tracking of statutory payments.
• Managing GST.
• Valuation of stock, preparing cost sheet, preparing & checking of MDI, Inspection of material (Foreign & Inland)
• Costing & Profitability Analysis Cost Road Map, Capex, Opex Management
• Preparation of MIS reports (Monthly / Quarterly)
• Interaction with statutory auditors, Internal and External Auditors from time to time.
• Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances.
• Risk Analysis & Mitigation
• Working Capital Management, Receivable Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: B.com. / M.com, Inter CA or equivalent
Age: around 40- 45 years
Professional Skills
• Good Management & Financial Accounting experience in ERP Platform, exposure to regulatory reporting/controls/reconciliation
• Ability to ensure accuracy & validity of financial data, Ability to do qualitative analysis
• Ability to provide analysis, overviews & commentaries
• Ability to ensure adherence to timelines for the deliverables / achieve
• Strong people, process and systems skills and understanding with a keen interest in improving existing systems and challenging existing processes where appropriate.
• Ability to review Secondary & Ad-hoc Reports required by the business
• Ability to Liaison with ERP, Banks & financial Institutions.
Experience: Minimum 7 Years in a Leadership Position in a manufacturing Organisation in similar capacity.

• Leadership: Should be an excellent leader, should be able to demonstrate leadership in all spheres
• Communication: Should be a very good communicator
• Analytical: Should be very good in analysis/trends/ratios. Hands-on working Experience with Advanced Xl and ERP required.
