The Role: As, Manager - Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for:
Ensure all costs incurred are properly recorded
Review journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
Participate in strategic financial projects like implementation of ERP software, vendor financing.
Prepare monthly analysis before releasing the MIS to respective teams with all details/schedules
Attend statutory auditors, internal and external auditors
Manage and monitor the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments
Ensure ways to have effective payments systems and faster turnarounds
Implement and monitor controls around purchase & inventory.
Ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances.
Interact with relevant stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close
Should have the ability to analyse, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information
Qualifications/Competencies we look for:
Qualified CA/CMA.
3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable & Inventory Accounting, Margin Analysis
Previous team management experience (Preferably in P2P & Inventory Management)
Ability to plan and organize well, with great attention to detail
Previous experience of Microsoft NAV preferred.
Experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment preferred.
