Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in financial management and accounting roles, with a focus on invoice reconciliation, day-to-day accounting operations, payment processing, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
• Invoice Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Day-to-Day Accounting Management: Manage the day-to-day accounting activities for our India office, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. This role will report into a senior Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Payment Processing Support: Support the finance team in processing payments to vendors, suppliers and employees, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Budget Setting and Sales Monitoring Support: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and actively monitor sales performance against targets to identify variances and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA qualification preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in invoice reconciliation, accounting operations, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
