About Company: 50+ yr old South Mumbai based reputed real estate & property development company.
Position: Manager - Accounts & Finance
Job Location: Grant Road, Mumbai
Desired Profile: Graduate/CA-Inter/MBA - Finance with 10+ years relevant experience.
Job Profile:
1. To scrutinize books of accounts for entities handled.
2. To be responsible for timely completion of Balance sheets up to finalization and audit for entities handled.
3. To assist in consolidation of accounts of holding company.
4. To ensure monthly compliances of statutory payments like GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.
5. To ensure timely completion of monthly bank book entries and reconciliation with bank statements for outstanding entries.
