As we scale further, we are looking for a dynamic Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic growth.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Finance & Accounts Manager to lead financial operations and manage stakeholder relationships. This role involves traditional finance functions, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with Company Law, and managing agreements with various partners and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure business liquidity.
Revenue Management & Growth:
Collaborate with teams to identify, manage, and optimize revenue streams.
Analyze the financial performance of revenue channels and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.
Monitor franchisee revenues and support growth efforts for franchise partners.
Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll:
Oversee vendor payments, customer invoicing, and payroll processing.
Reconcile financial records, including bank accounts and ledgers, to maintain accuracy.
Stakeholder & Shareholder Management:
Manage relationships with shareholders, investors, and franchise partners.
Handle financial communication with key stakeholders and ensure transparency.
Draft and manage agreements with vendors, partners, and franchisees.
Compliance & Company Law:
Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and Company Law.
Coordinate with auditors to manage financial audits and annual filings.
Maintain company records as per the Companies Act and manage board-related documentation.
Strategic Financial Planning:
Provide financial insights to leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Track and report on financial KPIs to align operations with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
CA or Non-CA candidates with a strong finance and accounts background are welcome.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Company Law compliance.
Experience managing multiple revenue streams and handling stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with Tally.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth and efficiency.
