The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, tax laws, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
• Document Financial Transactions: Enter account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze Financial Options: Recommend financial actions based on thorough analysis of account data.
• Summarize Current Financial Status: Collect and prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports for stakeholders.
• Audit Financial Transactions: Verify the authenticity of financial documents to prevent errors or discrepancies.
• Manage Asset, Liability, and Capital Accounts: Compile and analyze account data to prepare entries for these critical accounts.
• Track Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor and manage cash flow by keeping track of outstanding invoices and payments.
• Generate Sales Tax Invoices: Create accurate and timely sales tax invoices for customers, adhering to local regulations.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee tax matters with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other government agencies, collaborating with legal consultants as needed.
• Banking Matters: Handle banking-related tasks, including managing LC discounting limits, international transactions, and outward/inward remittances.
• Tax Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, including TDS, GST, and customs duties.
• Compliance Filing: File monthly and quarterly returns for GST and TDS, along with other company compliances.
• Accounting Entries: Prepare accurate accounting entries, sales/purchase journals, vendor payments, and import/export documentation.
• Bank Transactions: Handle banking transactions, including LC discounting, limit setup, and international transactions.
