• Manage overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring process.
• Prepare and analyse Financial modelling required for attracting investments.
• Ability to manage Debt. Equity and managing Investor Relationship.
• Managing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual book closing ensure financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
• Planning and documentations of appraisal of project cost, banks and other statutory authorities.
• Monitoring Generating financial reports wrt budgets.
• Handling GST/TDS/Income Tax matters.
• Any other assignments from time to time.
