Job Description Manager Finance RevenueRecognition / Core
Accounting
Weare looking for an energetic and experienced qualifiedchartered
accountants with 3-to-5-year experience tojoin our finance team. As
part of our team, theincumbent should possess experience in Revenue
Recognition, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Functions, withworking
knowledge of SAP (preferable), GST, TDS andrelevant statutory laws. The
incumbent's keyResponsibility areas will include.
• Invoicing and Revenue Recognition in a project centricenvironment
post checking relevant contracts, terms, GSTand other norms and
internal controlsapplicable.
• Accounts Payable managementwithin SLA's stipulated and accounting
for the same byproject.
• Reconciliation of projectaccounts for reimbursable spends and
calculation ofdeferred revenue and accruals.
• Manage allrevenue recognition queries for Audit along with theteam
• Generating financial reports andstatements that detail the status
of projects andaccounts receivable.
• Ensure healthybalance sheet relating to Revenue, AR and advances
withaction items tracked for closure.
• Ensurecollections received are fully applied to AR based on
information provided by business teams and dates of collectionare
maintained as per policy.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of serviceindustry
experience in the field of Core Accounting /Revenue Recognition would
be preferred.
