Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified and driven Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as Manager - Financial Reporting.
- The role offers strong exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee statutory audits ensuring compliance with IGAAP, IND AS, and applicable GAAP
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation and explanations
- Drive monthly book closures including accruals, prepaids, amortization, and other accounting entries
- Handle accounting-related matters and prepare/review monthly financial schedules
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance objectives
Experience & Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) - preferably first-attempt pass
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP and IND AS
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Experience with Big Audit Firms is an added advantage
