Manager - Fund Accounting - 12+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bengaluru
Are you an accomplished finance leader ready to drive excellence in Fund Accounting and Administration? We are hiring for a highly experienced professional to lead fund services operations for a global financial services organization. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in fund accounting and reporting across private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investment portfolios.
Location- Mumbai / Pune / Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities -
• Lead and manage large teams delivering fund administration and accounting services.
• Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and adherence to global accounting standards (UK/US GAAP, IFRS).
• Drive process improvements, automation, and risk-controlled operations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee compliance, governance, and performance reporting for fund services.
Requirements -
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 12+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund administration.
• Proven leadership in managing large, high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of private equity or hedge fund structures.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must hold a valid Indian Passport (US/UK visa preferred).
• Flexibility to work in shift timings (1 PM–10 PM; extended during peak cycles).
