Manager-Treasury Department /
Job Title Treasury
Management and Operations Function
Reporting Manager Head of Finance Location Mumbai
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyzing optimum level of cash balances for reducing idle balances and investing excess cash. Maintaining trackers for invested funds (FD trackers) and facilitate Finance team to accrue income in books.
Preparation of Cash flow forecasts for various business segments of the Company.
Banking Relationship Management- creation/setups of new bank accounts and closure of suspended/old bank accounts. Coordination for Board authorization required for changes in banking limits and requirements
Oversight and running the process of automated bank statements (MT +40) into GL accounts for auto bank reconciliation
Automation of banking processes including but not limited to setting up API, NACH for customers and vendors.
Processing of payments for various vendors through API, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, Hard copy forms and other modes.
Daily, monthly, and annual reporting to Investors through MIS, and other online systems and creation of bank reconciliations for various accounts
Lender Management and Debt covenants compliances execution.
Monitoring and conducting reviews and due diligence by credit rating agencies.
Supervising issuance of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit issuance, if needed
Maintain, Track and report bank guarantees (financial/performance) received from vendors
Oversight and control of Inward remittance of funds from investors along with appropriate reporting/ compliances and filings, in co-ordination with the secretarial teams.
Oversight and control of foreign remittances including but not limited to issuance of tax documents (15CA/CB),
FEMA/RBI documentation (Form A2) etc.
Design and oversight of treasury governance framework incl. policies for investment, credit, and liquidity management.
Handling audits related to Banking and Cash
Specifications (Skills & Competencies)
Well versed with the Indian Market
Excellent spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of Macros.
Specialist in MS PowerPoint, Data Analytics
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail when dealing with any tasks
Organized and self-disciplined
Experience
Qualification Mandatory CA Overall Experience 4 – 6 years
No industry specific 4-6 years of post-qualification
