Job description
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our annual marketing plan for the India and MENA regions.

This role involves collaborating with local leadership and the India/COE Marketing team to identify region-specific portfolio marketing focus. You will also acquire customer and market insights to help develop the annual India & MENA marketing plan.

Your key responsibilities will include creating compelling and engaging marketing content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including email, social media and website.

You will be responsible for taking charge of our social media platform content strategy; developing and running a monthly, quarterly, and annual social media content plan that aligns with our overall marketing strategy.

You will drive follower growth and engagement through compelling content. You will engage with our clients and followers on social media, building a powerful community of brand advocates, establishing our brand as a force to be reckoned with.

You'll be regularly tracking and reporting the platform performance.

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years product/service marketing experience – B2B, B2C
• MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing or Mass Communication or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in corporate education, EdTech, human resources domain will be a plus
